SIM Technology Group Limited (“SIM Technology” or the “Group”; SEHK stock code: 2000) announces that pursuant to the repurchase mandate granted for repurchasing shares of the Company which was passed at the annual general meeting held on 13 May 2011, the Group started to repurchase the Company’s shares on the market on 20 June 2011 and as at 18 July 2011, the Group had repurchased a total of 22.82 million shares of the Company.
